As for the reply below no message was left and why is it still showing as available for hire if its been booked out?

Called up and reserved some materials so I could pay and collect them 2 hours later. Get there and have to wait in a queue on the main road as a hgv is struggling to get into the car park. Waited for about 10 mins as the car park was full considering there?s only about 5 spaces. Finally get a space, go in and the bloke says there is no items reserved and that they don?t have any in stock. Told them I?d rang up but they said nothing we can do, so why tell me they were reserved in the first place then ? I was dumbfounded and ruined my plans. Obviously won?t be going here again. Went to mkm and got them straight away

Brilliant service from Ollie, there was a mix up with our online hire order and he sorted it out quickly and arranged same day delivery. Davey who dropped it off was great too, really friendly and helpful.

Unfortunately tonight a local charity needed a generator a few mins before 5 o'clock, puffing billys generator, could not play music so the team tried to buy a new one this branch declined to remain open to allow us to try and fix it
