My mam sadly passed last week under their care and they honestly went above and beyond looking after her and making sure she was comfortable, as well as checking on us to make sure we were doing okay. I couldn't ask for anything more; my mam got the peaceful last days she wanted with family and her beloved cat allowed to stay by her side the whole time. You lot deserve the world for what you do.”

“Barbara was so so lovely. We are moving away and had so many clothes I thought they would say no but she was so lovely. She waited till we arrived and told us if we had anything else to please donate it and said she was really grateful. I have donated before to other places and they really couldn’t care if you are donating or not but not Barbara. ”
