I have been into this Three store on three occasions over the past week, and on all three occasions have been met with polite, friendly and extremely attentive staff who has my issues resolved quickly. Special shoutout to the three staff that helped me: Martin, Laura and Anna. Thanks again :)

I recently unfortunately purchased a three broadband router from here, firstly it?s absolutely not fit for purpose and useless
The trouble has come when I have tried to take it back, they?re useless and said I couldn?t return it in store and they?d send a bag out
Well surprise surprise nothing has been received
Thankfully I?ve cancelled the direct debit so they?re not getting any money from me

Won't talk to you without photo ID all they have to do is ring your number to confirm its your contact absolutely pathetic they kept taking money out of my account for 2 phones and a ipad for 2 years after contract ended imagin how many people they are ripping off never again 3 been with you from the beginning no more

Very helpful, friendly and professional.Martin was particularly helpful when changing a contract from my name into my sons name, it?s a tricky process but he explained it step by step and helped with ensuring we got the best deal available for the changeover. Thank you.

Pleasant experience. Knowledgeable friendly staff. Prompt service.....they just need to explain some of the downsides of switching from one contract to another, tends to be glossed over a bit.....so ask !
