Hgv delivery turn left immediately as you hit the roundabout....all the way to lidl/aldi? Not sure which... there's a turnround point there..... lads good as gold tipping you at the range

Went to stockton store for a bonsai kit (website says 7in stock) staff couldn?t find them, told me to order on click & collect, after 5 hrs got a message saying money would be refunded (can take up to 10 days). Sent 2 WhatsApp messages - but no reply. Terrible customer services.

It's okay. I enjoy a rummage around there and often come out with something. The only thing that annoys me is that a lot of items have no price ticket. But this seems to be the norm wirh every range I've been in. Overall, it's very good. But please sort the price tickets out. :)
