Soo.. not the best customer service. Went in to day to get an ohpolly dress dry cleaned and the lady was very very rude, tutting all the way through the conversation. Apparently she can?t dry clean if you have mesh on your dress cause she?s scared incase she rips it or it ?melts?. How patronising when it?s a dry clean dress and it can be cleaned at 30 degrees Celsius so doubtful, she just didn?t want to clean the dress I guess. Would give 0 stars if I could. Sorry but disappointed.

Use to go all the time when I lived in the flat my aunty recommend them so did my daughter staff lovely and helpfull even adviced me what to do to help me with a stain I had on my top would definitely recommend

We brought two bags of laundry for drying and the ladies refused us because of a lot of work. It was before lunchtime and I said that the bags were heavy and I came by walk, but they still disagreed. We checked in advance and the lady replied that we can bring at any time. Be careful, you can waste time and energy, but you will be denied service.
