Very busy little Tesco. They have self checkout machines by the till and a normal human operated till.
Seems no matter what time of day you visit its always busy! And they've stopped stocking my favourite Nescafe Alta Rica coffee so I don't visit this store as much as I used to.
Tend to find the bread and milk aren't always fresh - I never mastered the best time to visit to get the freshest bits and bobs.
All I know is it's extremely busy and the car park is an absolute nightmare. But there is a free to use cashpoint attached. (You usually have to queue to get cash too!)
My top tip would be never visit on a Sunday after 4pm as you will be queuing out of the door.
The costa machine is part of the meal deal so that's a bonus.
If you're buying more than one item I suggest not using the self service tills as they constantly need assistance from a colleague and they are usually busy serving.

Staff are rude and mocking my sister and laughing about her (women stacking shelves) and mess is everywhere so couldn?t queue properly with a pushchair as couldn?t get past the mess, and then mocked my sister about where she was stood and laughed about her instead of informing sister and which it upset my sister. Really unprofessional

This Tesco was my local when I lived in Hartlepool and I can?t fault it. Relatively small shop but they always have plenty of stock, and it is always clean and well organised. Several of the staff have worked there for a number of years and they are all extremely friendly and helpful. Always pop in whenever I?m in town visiting family.

Like Carlesberg - probably the best staff ever... polite, helpful, happy, friendly & always try to do that bit extra - unlike the staff in the other Express store in our town... A pleasure to shop here.
