The lady at closing time on wed 12th june at 7ish pm , thank you so much. Brilliant service with my salad and very kind when i was in clear distress. Never caught her name but highly recommend. Warm hearted and friendly. Thank you

Bought a footling teak & garlic sub as well a portion of meatballs. Place was empty when I went in (Tuesday 4pm ish) so got served straight away and was leaving with my food within 5 minutes. Service was good and friendly - I'd happily return.

Ordered on just eat. Saidnthey had delivered food when they hadn't. I rang the store and she said she didn't care and the driver didn't care.

Brutal. Tried to order a footlong chicken n bacon can't pick own salad anymore have to have set salad on it. It came out the oven I pointed out he had forgot to put the cheese on. To his credit he whacked loads on and put it back in the oven for a second time. For 8 quid I now had cremated toast with chicken n bacon on. Even loads of butter and jam wouldn't have rescued that.

Stopped off for a tasty sandwich on the way back to the office with a colleague. 2 people in front of us and 3 staff behind the counter.... this shouldn't take long. Stood there for 15 minutes without even an acknowledgement, not even a smile. They had one speed ? slow. After 25 minutes, I finally got round to being served. Asked what was in a set sandwich as i have allergies and wanted to clarify i wasnt poisoning myself. Didn't ask what bread I wanted or the size. I wanted a 6" sub but got a foot long. Ended spend loads more than what I planned and had to give away half my sandwich ad it was too big. All done with attitude from staff. Would definitely not recommend.

I ordered a cheese sub, I was given only two triangles of cheese I ask for more and was charged extra for it. Very disappointing as the subway i usually use gives me lots of grated cheese and loads more salad . Very poor

Incorrect opening times displayed on the shop window next to the entrance. Online also stated closes at 1830 yet was told they were close at 1800.

Just had to walk out of this place! It was too painful to watch them make a sandwich for the customer in front of me and the wait would of taken me from lunch time to tea time! 1 member of staff serving and at a speed rigor mortis would of been jealous of! If you want fast food then avoid this place!
