Terrible customer service! Tapped his calculator for 5 mins then gave me a price before I'd even had chance to look at any particular carpets ? He spoke to the young lad working for him like muck, absolutely no need at all!! Went to Carpet Right and got a thicker carpet with delivery and fitting for cheaper than Steve's numbers.

Great carpets at a great price. Had a Carpet supplied and fitted by Steve and his lads a couple of weeks ago, so glad I chose them. The shop is a carpet wonderland, so much to choose from. Lads were polite and bang on time. Much rather use a company like this than one of the bigger companies as you're getting great local service. Will be using them for the rest of the house when we get around to it. 5*+

Was accidentally passing so called in was looking for lino for kitchen and bathroom , had already had a quote from someone else for 300 quid with 15 knocked off for cash,Went into Steve's the man was a gent and couldn't do enough to be more helpful he arranged to measure up I then went in next day was given 3 books to pick lino from he priced it all .....197.00 for the full job, I recommend without hesitation

Helpful staff, wide range of carpets and flooring. Rugs, laminates and even artificial grass for those unable or unwilling to mow the lawn.

I have used Steve's Carpets for at least 20yrs. That says it all! Great prices and very efficient. Hard to beat. I once used another carpet shop and really regretted it.
