Went to get an order (didn't get an email that it was in store, but it had been a week since I ordered it), staff said if I didn't get an email then it won't be in, but one was nice enough to check and it was there. I had an order also shipped home and it was badly damaged, took nearly a month to get a full refund (including postage, which they weren't going to give me).”
