Some excellent fashion items, but sizing and availability are inconsistent. had to follow up on a return once as well. It's good, but not as smooth as it could be.

We are frequent river island customers and we as a family will purchase big range of cloths for all our family members. I’ve just visited the store (09/02/2025, 13.12pm) I’m very disappointed the way the member of staff acted.

Been shopping here for years how ever today I had a difficult task I had to find something smart casual for my Xmas party at a rather posh venue me having no fashion sense at all I asked a young lady called Maddie for some help she went above and beyond she picked me out an entire outfit shoes jeans jacket nice shirt nothing... read full comment
