A really good Premier Inn. The location is great right in the heart of the marina. The reception staff we incredibly friendly, giving us tips on where to eat, local history and places to visit. When we got to our room the staff had left a packet of cookies and a nice message, really did not expect that and we have never had this at the many Premier Inn's we have stayed at. The view out of our room was lovely in a morning looking directly at the tall ship in the Navy Museum. The Brewers Fair next door is nothing special, typical chain pub. Breakfast was average, nothing special, but close by. Unfortunately the town is suffering like many up and down the country with many boarded up shops, a shame really as it was clearly a rich town at some point as some of the buildings are spectacular to look at. Parking at the hotel is free with plenty of spaces, just enter your registration into the ipad in reception.

Nice atmosphere when it's not crowded. Nice views of Hartlepool Marina day or evening. Good quality food and reasonable offers. Bonus Card account seems to work well.Nearby activities: Hartlepool Marina. Royal Navy Maritime Museum. Hartlepool Museum. Easy access to sea front and harbour promenades.

Windows could do with a clean. Breakfast was like a cattle market.Safety: Was pushed on the stairs by 2 teenagers running with an ironing board. I'm 68.

After a great stay last Friday I can?t lie I?m really disappointed, after checking out and arriving home I realised I had left my expensive bottle of perfume on the vanity unit I instantly phoned the hotel the receptionist said she would check the roomI received a call back over an hour later to be told the room had been cleaned by the cleaner and still unoccupied but my perfume was not there I am so upset to be told this and to find out there is dishonest members of staff employed there.I know exactly where I left it and it did blend in with the vanity unit.Walkability: Walking distance to pubs

What can I say loved the place the room was spotless the bed huge and so comfy great night's sleep only downside was we was the only people to probably not get a marina view as we opened the curtains to a wall apart from that lovely place with a bar and restaurant right

This is our 3rd time in the hotel. We come here with friends to celebrate. Usually Stay overnight in the hotel overlooking the marina with an evening meal in the Thia restaurant on the marina. Breakfast in either a cafe or this time in the adjoining restaurant. The hotel is quiet with comfy beds clean rooms and friendly staff. What you get for your money is fantastic we paid 47 pounds for the room and that was on New Years Eve.
