Great service, got my business computer up and running in no time.
Straight talking, got to the bottom of the problem within an hour and had it fixed half an hour later.
The price for the repair was really good.

Needed the screen replasplment for my Chromebook. One day I came to this shop and asked if they doing that, price was ok, so another day I came around with laptop but that someone was very unhappy that I disturbing him and said he is too busy so I even have no chance to say something. Strange situation. Why he adviced me to bring it then? I had to take time off from my work and just waisted time.

I've taken various phones and ipads to platinum over the years with cracked screens and chargers stuck in ports and I've always had great service and reasonable prices. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Would highly recommend.

Terrible customer service! Called regarding repair to an old iPad, and when I asked for a ball park price for the repairs was abruptly told to "call someone who can give you a price over the phone, Sir" and they hung up! Shocking!

I recently had my ageing Windows 10 computer upgraded at Platinum, new motherboard /CPU/ SSD hard drive / 32 RAM plus Widows 11 installed.A very professional and competent upgrade. I am very happy with the end result, job done at probably half the price of a new computer.This guy is a pleasure to deal with.Highly recommended.
