We ordered from Hartlepool tonight for collection order number 1724351,we were given an estimated time of 20.53 to 20.58,we got our order at 21.18 so 20 to 25 minutes late,is this good service I don't think so.If the restaurant is busy they should adjust the estimated time,even when I tracked my order on the app it still said the original time,in the time we were waiting 4 delivery drivers came in and left with food,are the restaurants told to prioritise these??

I hadn't been to a Pizza hut since I was around 13 years old. So, going back to see how the restaurant had changed for a little date meal out was interesting..
We were promptly greeted by a server, and we asked for a table for two, They asked us for dietary allergies, which is always good to hear someone ask just in case. We sat in a lovely little booth and given two menus by a very polite young lady, if I remember correctly called Ellie.
Honestly, I wasn't expecting to pay around £45 for two people for two small sides, two small deserts, and a 13-inch meat feast pizza. To be fair to them, though, it did taste really nice, and I accidently ordered the wrong pizza, and the lady, which was the manager for the night, re-fired a new pizza for us which really put us at ease.
The restaurant itself just feels.. old, I guess, but sort've nostalgic at the same time, but I suppose it could do with a remodel.
However, the customer service was the best me and my boyfriend have received from a bright and joyous bunch of employees. My heart goes out to all of you who work there, so thank you very much!
Food: Overpriced but overall amazing quality
Service: Absolutely amazing wouldn't change anything at all 100/100
Atmosphere: 90's feel but could do with some remodelling of maybe the drinks area and salad bar but overall quite nostalgic and relaxed.

The service was amazing, guy recommended to download UNiDAYS and told us how to get a discount, also is quick with the service and reccomended pizza, they start the buffet the moment someone buys it and they have good pizza

We were welcomed in by Chris with a friendly face and made to feel welcome immediately. Everything was explained well by Chris and he helped me out with my Blue Light card. The food was gorgeous as always - fresh tasty salad, and a stuffed crust pizza to die for. Perfect end to a birthday night out at the cinema. I?d highly recommend to anyone - thanks Chris!
