I took my puppy for the first time to buy a new lead and wanted something for his training classes.. Staff were rude and unhelpful.. I bought a collar as i needed it but didn't bother buying him any toys or food as I had intended? I will find a different store in future

We tried to pick up our new easy repeat subscription to find out the opening times have changed and they have not updated this on their email communications. We drove 25 minutes to pick up the subscription to find the shutters down on the shop. What a waste of time and petrol! I received an email this morning saying the opening times which they haven?t bothered to update. ?Easy? subscription has been cancelled!!

Came here to get our little spaniel fitted with a halt harness. We were helped by Bug who was extremely friendly. She was great with advice and fitting the correct harness and collar and explaining how it works. She even carries a treat pouch for dog treats. The store is well stocked and lovely and clean and all staff are super friendly. we thoroughly recommend this store and a special shout out to Bug for her excellent advice and help
