**Review of Pandora Hartlepool**
I visited the Pandora store in Hartlepool on Saturday and had an extremely disappointing experience with their customer service. When I arrived, there was only one staff member assisting a couple, so I waited patiently, which I didn?t mind at all. However, after waiting for quite a long time, another staff member came out but completely ignored me and went straight to help another customer.
I approached her and politely asked if she could assist me in collecting my pre-ordered item, as it was ready to pick up. Her response was shockingly rude?she rolled her eyes at me and curtly said, ?Wait, I?m with a customer.? I then explained that I had been waiting much longer and that my 10-month-old baby was getting cranky, hoping for some understanding. Instead, she became even ruder, ?So? You still have to wait!? She rolled her eyes again and even laughed mockingly with the customer she was assisting.
I?m not expecting special treatment because I have a baby, but I do expect fair customer service?first come, first served. This was not just poor service, it was outright disrespectful. As a Pandora Gold member who shops frequently (mainly at the Teesside store, where the staff are always warm and lovely), this experience was a stark contrast.
If my item hadn?t been a pre-order, I would have walked out on the spot. The way I was treated was unacceptable, and it ruined my entire shopping experience. May be she was having a rough day or she just didn?t understand what I was trying to say but in any case this kind of disrespectful behaviour is not justified. Pandora should ensure all staff are trained to provide respectful and fair service, as experiences like this are enough to drive loyal customers away.

I visited the Hartlepool store on Saturday 21st and the girl who served me was lovely her and another assistant bent over backwards for me, which lead to me spending money I didn?t have to spend ? we promised her we will always use that store moving forward.

Hartlepool store Absolute joke...... the sales assistants were no help at all and so rude their answer to everything I asked was NO NO NO. Went to the durham store and the lady was fantastic bent over backwards to help me and it was only to exchange a bracelet to a different size

I'm rating the service my mum and myself received. My mum wanted to buy my sister something for her 60th. Found the perfect gift. It's not a store I'd regularly visit. Good variety of jewelry, some a bit pricey, but your paying for the quality and the name as its not what I would call "junk"

Well what a shock , on Google the opening times was 9am but the shop didn't open till 10am making me late an charging me more in parking money , an knowing it being Christmas , why not have extra stock 1 to make money an 2 to save Disappointment for customers .... but guess they don't think about things like this or thing's for someone that has little time to do shopping ... lucky to get 1 star in my eyes
