Ordered our food and an hour and a half later we were still waiting so we called and were told they couldn't find us and they had tried to call us, there was absolutely no attempt to contact us and they never came to the door. They said they'd come back and be about 15 minutes. They closed and they never showed up and it was then too late to order any other food.

Your shutting time on uber is 2AM
We've now had 2 orders we placed before 1AM
And you don't decline the order you accept it and we end up with no delivery and then have to wait up to 4-5 days for a refund via Uber
What pisses me off more is you clearly see the order come through and you clearly take the money and because its through uber you get into no trouble for it whatsoever.

Waited from 11:50 ish til well after 2 for our pizza. They lied on the phone saying it was on the way after an hour when it clearly wasn?t? Pizza arrived stone cold, as did the chips. Paid £18 for it as well, spend your money

I ordered a Punjabi chicken kebab and was told a 1 hour delivery. I received kebab meat ( which I don?t like) 1:45h after I?d ordered and was charged £12:45. I tried to complain but the shop was closed. Absolutely disgusting .

Asked for a parmo wrap I got one slice of chicken in a wrap bread I also asked for a salad didn?t receive the salad and it come to 10.80 for a wrap bread with a tiny slice of chicken

Just had my delivery, the pizza was so bad. And the chips tasted of water weird oily taste. Margarita pizza has no sauce on. And it was dripping in orange sweaty liquid. Never ever going here again. Wasted almost 17
