After a complex procedure last time, Mr Lowry carefully checked that everything was in order and that my dental issues had resolved. He involved me in the consultation every step of the way, including talking me through ?before? and ?after? x-rays. A very helpful and reassuring appointment, thank you

I have just turned up to my nhs appointment (booked months ago and received a text last week to confirm it with my health questionnaire) to be told (across the reception desk not discreetly) I no longer have this appointment as the dentist is now private only and if I want to stay on to register private. No phone call no apology. I am in shock

Worst service ever trying to get through on telephone. Number 5 in the queue for 55 minutes. 4 reception staff behind the counter. Not a customer driven business.

Reception staff at the Hartlepool branch are very friendly and Mr Lowry, my dentist, is always very informative and friendly in his manner, making me feel at ease.

I am a very nervous dental patient due to previous experiences with other dental practices. I recently joined the My Dentist practice and Mr Lowery was very knowledgeable, understanding and explained my treatment on a step by step basis which put me totally at ease. All the staff are friendly and helpful and I would highly recommend this practice. Thank you for all the care and attention I was given, it was much appreciated.
