I used to shop here quite often bur recently stopped I find the freezers are in bad condition rust leaking staff on the tills are friendly enough Not much more I can say

We went to the cafe in Morriston we will not be going back. I ordered cheese and ham toasti it was disgusting.

Terrible. No customer care whatsoever. Only 1 till open at 8 pm. Customers are on self service checkouts and almost all the till are causing chaos with red lights here and there. Staff shortage at the maximum. It cannot run like this at 8 pm. After my long day, I had a miserable time at the self service .....Still go on....

What has happened? ? You have to queue to get out! Regardless of Staffed till or Self service. Must be the Aldi Lidl factor? Cutting back on staff. Not a quick process anymore.
At least it's a British supermarket.

Plenty of bargains new stock clothing reasonably priced child adults fresh veg fresh fish lovely own made salads nice meats area lovely cuts helpful staff have a look bargains to be had

Got ID'd for a monster in my meal deal at 24 years of age when you have to be 16 to buy an energy drink, I'm aware of the think 25 policy but I don't look anything like a kid lol full beard and tattoos with my pregnant missus not to mention my out of town accent lady at the self checkout needs her eyes checked ASAP ,never happens anywhere else just here will never be coming back ? Asda is way better

I always shop at morrisons, but this store is dirty very poorly stacked shelves and alot of empty shelves also. Boxes laying around just left , manager spends most of his time flirting with the staff. Unprofessional improvement needed or new management, pull your finger out morrisons.
