Ordered food via the McDonald's app. The order arrived late and missing items. When I finally managed to speak with the store they advised that I needed to speak with Uber for a refund. This was ordered via the Mcdonalds app, this is simply passing blame on to the delivery driver. What ever happened to delivering the missing items?

It was absolutely nightmare. I went on drive through and paid my meal then told me to go on next window and I did then someone told me again go next window and wait for my food then I was waiting on next window quite long and nobody has pass my food then I was doubting why not getting my food even there only had 1person behind me and he got serve. I was still waiting on window no one has give my food. Then i reverse back on the back window wanted to find out what's going on for my food then someone come to window and told me did you not get your food yet she told me she has told someone to pass my food but no body has pass my food.the fries was half cooked and food was so cold. I'm very disappointed?

Drive through ridiculously slow we were missed twice . The hot chocolate was hot but you could not taste the chocolate very very disappointed
