I purchased a ring with great sentimental purpose. The staff were amazing, they helped to choose what I wanted and showed empathy understanding of how important this was to me. I have been and collected my ring today and Nicola has been awesome, I was excited and emotional and she completely understood how I was feeling and put me at ease. Went into store yesterday as a gem had fallen out of my engagement ring. I was worried about the cost however Gary was amazing and upon inspection said that it wasn?t a fault of our own so will be mended with no cost. He arranged this to be delivered to our door within 2 days which is just amazing at this time of the year. He guided us through getting a protection plan for any future damage and also the cover for the rhodium plating for the ring and was just all round very helpful and polite, excellent customer service.

Today I had a poor experience at market cross jewellers in Hartlepool, so changed to here. The team were so friendly especially Nicola who supported me to purchase items or bracelets and two gift boxes. I manage a team of 45 staff currently so recognise profession etiquette.
