Sales side is absolutely fabulous. But fitters were shocking, I had 2 bedrooms, stairs and bathroom fitted by them . They didn?t put underlay in my large walk in cupboard (although I through away plenty) so now there is a big dip in the flour at the entrance to the cupboard, the finish on the stairs last step is not a smooth finish and on top of all that they over charged me. Absolutely furious ?

Told Craig in Hartlepool store what we needed, he gave great, unbiased and honest advice. Managed to arrange fitment within 4 days. Went away and got a call saying they'd checked the measurements I supplied and I'd got it wrong which meant they'd overcharged. Went back in and they refunded the difference immediately. Fitter turned up on the agreed day at the time stated and he's done a fantastic job.Delighted with the whole process and customer service at Frank's. Will definitely use again.
