“Told Craig in Hartlepool store what we needed, he gave great, unbiased and honest advice. Managed to arrange fitment within 4 days. Went away and got a call saying they'd checked the measurements I supplied and I'd got it wrong which meant they'd overcharged. Went back in and they refunded the difference immediately. Fitter turned up on the agreed day at the time stated and he's done a fantastic job.Delighted with the whole process and customer service at Frank's. Will definitely use again.”
