A great store. I'd forgotten how much I love Dunelm. We recently moved from Spain to Hartlepool ists a great store. The staff that talked to us while we were in tonight were so friendly and helpful. The parking at the store is great.

Excellent store with the most helpful staff. Have spent a lot of time in there recently, sourcing massive drop (108") curtains and cushions and rugs and throws and more! Staff could not have been more knowledgeable and helpful. Thank you all! ?

Disgusting wanted 5ft table protector 24mms longer than 1.5m told I would have to have 2m at £10 a metre then cut 2m 200mms longer costing us £5 more than needed to. Won't be going back

Whether you're driving or using public transportation, reaching the store is a breeze, which is a significant plus for shoppers seeking convenience.Upon entering the store, I was impressed by the extensive selection of home improvement products they offer. From beds and carpets to chairs and other furnishings, DuneIm seemingly has it all. This variety can be especially appealing for individuals who prefer one-stop shopping for their home decor needs.However, I did find one odd aspect during my visit. The store's advertisements were primarily focused on food offerings, which was rather perplexing since DuneIm is not primarily a food establishment. What made it even more puzzling was that these advertisements were being broadcasted at a time when the food was not available. This confusion took away from the shopping experience, and I hope they address this issue to avoid any misleading information for customers.On a more positive note, I appreciated the nicely designed elevator between the ground and the first floor. The elevator's starry theme added a touch of uniqueness and creativity to the shopping environment, making the journey between floors more enjoyable.However, one significant area for improvement lies in the store's layout and signage. It was not clear how to access the counter to make a payment. This lack of clear direction caused some frustration and could be better organized to enhance the overall shopping experience for customers.In conclusion, DuneIm in Hartlepool offers a convenient location with a diverse range of home improvement products. The store's unique features, like the starry-themed elevator, add charm to the shopping experience. Nevertheless, the confusing food-related advertisements and unclear payment counter access prevent me from giving it a higher rating. With some adjustments, DuneIm has the potential to be an even better destination for home improvement enthusiasts in the area.
