Was given a 45min window for delivery and it still arrived over 1hour late. Not the first time this has happened. The app said that it was 'out for delivery' for 45mins. When we called them, they said the driver had left 5mins ago. Another 30mins later it finally arrived (a 15min journey at most). Food was nice but not worth the hassle.

Placed an order at 6.30pm and received it at 8.55pm. The food was cold. I called them. They offered a replacement which will take another hour. Extremely disappointed as this was my first order. I appreciate you're busy but the order should have still arrived warm! Won't order again! Will try and get a refund through Hartlepool Eats!
