Only one member of staff, wanted washing machine, waited ages to be served, then halfway through the sale he walked away to see to new customer complaining about the wait, proceeded to serve them and leave me standing about, then tannoyed for extra staff, that didn't arrive!!
So walked out and bought same product next door at argos, who were quick/efficient.
I will Never use currys again, deplorable customer service!

Bought an IPhone yesterday but was unable to buy a SIM card to go with it because the system was down, fair enough that?s not anyones fault. I went back today TWICE to try get a SIM card and both times I was rejected as there wasn?t a member on the floor that could do that and the one person that could wasn?t there as they were picking up a delivery or running late (got 2 different stories). Won?t be trying a third will be getting a SIM elsewhere, once again poor customer service.
