Had good service in the past but the older lady possibly new not sure is very abrupt and rude, I wanted to take crisps back with a hole in the outer bag and she wanted to examine the inside and expected me to take faulty stock, i insisted and got some new instead and I got a snotty answer to doing that, this is my local shop I spend around 80-100 a week easy as I'm in daily, if I do not get this rectified within the next 3 days I will not be returning and can take my business elsewhere.

Just been to shop and wow a joke shutting early 8mins to 10 and I asked two staff they both said no it's not but there on wall said all most5 to. And they just laughed the staff should be moved on

Pleasant staff but would be nice to buy my essentials without them pressing a security announcement every time I walk in, it does start to get to you when you notice the trend.
