Used to be great but have been getting steadily worse now for a few years. You are lucky now if they answer the phone!

This is an extremely busy Pharmacy, even though the team here are consistently in the go this never has any negative affect in customer care, each and every client is treated with respect and no matter how busy every team member is welcoming and eager to listen and advise. A,* service everytime. A huge thank you to all

Really nice staff, had been told I had to get a prescription elsewhere for a sharps bin as I hadn?t been provided with one before for the warfarin I?d been taking for my ankle. They ended up just charging me 1.50 for it instead of making me pay the full prescription amount. Nice thing to do, can?t fault them at all.

Been with Clayfields many years. As many have said, the service has nosedived since Paul left. Now it's a different locum pharmacist every week. You often get 'owing slips' and meds that they know they have regular customers for are often only ordered once the supply has already dried up, rather than being proactive and ordering enough to cover their repeat customers. For example I'm on Lorazepam and Zolpidem long term, for roughly 30 months now. Instead of ordering it in in advance, they let themselves run out and delay my deliveries or issue owing slips. One time they kept my script for more than ten days and after calling multiple times they admitted they couldn't get the meds from their suppliers and nobody had bothered to tell me. I reclaimed my script and got the meds from Tesco Pharmacy in under 24hrs.The latest farce was they were sent a script for 30 plenachol capsules, 20,000 unit strength each. They delivered, in a stapled closed and well sealed bag, one box with 10 capsules cut from an original box that should have contained 20. After arguing back and forth, they wouldn't admit that they'd lost the other 20, insisting they'd sent them to me. They certainly never got delivered here.I got another script and moved my medication care to Tesco Pharmacy. If you get a prescription for (as an example) Questran branded Colestyramine, but can't tolerate it and ask for orange flavoured Colestyramine by Teva UK Ltd., they say 'we can only dispense what's on the script' but they can change your script from Paracetamol or Loperamide capsules to tablets without your consent, or from Gaviscon to a cheaper brand, or switch between multiple brands of the same drug, yet they won't do it for Colestyramine or any other drug if you ask. They can apparently change your script when it's cheaper or more convenient for them, but not for the patient.Clayfields is a shambles right now.

Terrible chemist since it changed hands late with medication constant owed notes that have left me weeks without medication I needed and now the phones have been down for 4 days with zero other way to contact them I?m heavily disabled and can not even get down to the chemist so I?m just sat in limbo it?s a roll of the dice if I?ll get my medication

Changed from s large supermarket pharmacy because of constant errors and glitches (no names but began with 'T') and have found Clayfields to be excellent to deal with. Their service is fast, polite and trouble free. I have no hesitation in recommending this pharmacy.

I could not believe what I seen today on Facebook the shock and disgust they put there prices up on one of the main items that people are needing children's paracetamol suspension from £2.69 right up to £7.99 I've included a picture as proof and I also rang them and spoke to Paul who said to me it's the manufacture who has told them to put the prices up. I would totally avoid shopping in here as they are been very greedy!

Paul & his mum have recently left we're told. Went in last week - x4 pharmacists & x5 assistants, no-one on the desk & shop FULL of customer's , waited 45 minutes for prescription with no apology & only to find out one item I had to return for. Went in almost a week later for item & they'd not even made it up, had another wait. Customers waiting are all disgruntled & I am changing chemists - situation is totally unacceptable. Hats off to Paul & his mum for all the hard work they put it, you're sorely missed.
