The girls here sorted my wife with some trainers as she'd been having ptoblems with her skechers.... Foot pain etc, to cut a long story short the service she received was first class and exactly how it should be in a shoe shop. Clarks must be devastated that they go to all the effort of producing the finest quality shoes you can buy in the high street is wasted on blinded by labels, training shoe wearers.

I got my daughters feet measured this morning and got her a lovely new pair of shoes. There is a good range to choose from. Staff were brilliant with both me and my daughter. My daughter decided she didn't want to go back in pushchair after trying new shoes on which escalated in a toddler tantrum! Staff were very understanding and patient. Thank you again!

Brought my friends baby in for a measure, and bought her first pair of shoes for Christmas. Staff were brilliant with her and understood what we wanted. She has a disability and this didn?t stop us walking out with something as they were able to work around this!

I've found the shoes and boots are a very good fit as they sell wide fittings and the staff are very helpful also they measured my grandson who is year and nine months for some trainers in which we got as he likes the lights on the bottom flashing when he walks.

Special thanks to the staff at the Hartlepool branch. Less than a week ago I bought my daughters first pair of shoes at a different branch and straight away they didn?t seem to fit properly. Re-measured and exchanged with no hassle and they were lovely with my little girl as well.
