AVOID!Give you no option but to add extra cheese on your parmo wrap. Food is dry yet undercooked, delivery driver can't follow instructions. Refuse to answer the phone when you call to complain about your food being disgusting.

Food is vile! I ordered a parmo wrap with garlic, but when it arrived it had no garlic. Was conned into adding extra cheese (for a cost) as I couldn't progress with the order without adding some. The chips were nasty. The only nice thing was the mozzarella sticks. Tried calling the takeaway to sort my order out and they didn't answer.

Had pizza from here previously and it was very tasty however tonight's kebabs are a different story.Ordered 2 x kebabs on naans, one with salad and one with salad and sauce.Received a tortilla wrap on each instead of naans, no salad, no sauce, grey chips that looked old and meat that was most likely yesterday's leftovers.Two pieces of fried chicken that were fatty and undercooked in the middle.The food was so bad it's gone in the bin, I didn't even think it was safe to feed it to the dog.Won't bother ordering from here again and I'll be emailing Hartlepool Eats which doesn't support reviews to let them decide if they want to make their customers aware.

Probably the worse takeaway ive ever eaten, there've managed to put me off chicken parmos so i can thank them for that atleast. Arrived cold, clearly a pre-made parmo from 2 years ago was used its left a horrible taste in my mouth, as if i had smoked 40 tabs. Disgusting.

If I could rate 0 stars then I would, avoid this takeaway unless all you want is disappointment, we ordered before and our pizza arrived after an hour and a half, it looked as if they had flung it around their heads and then the driver sat on it, we tried to contact the store with zero success at getting through, we gave them one more try a few weeks later and we waited over 2 hours for delivery, we tried to ring them and despite 15 calls back to back there has been no answer and still no takeaway after 2 and a half hours, now going through the hassle of trying to get a refund for an order that just never arrived, terrible service all around, DO NOT USE! AVOID!Update.. food arrived after my partner drove down to the store due to a further 10 phonecalls not being answered to be told we won?t get a refund as the food arrived, and we could maybe have a free garlic bread on our next order ?.. our food was undercooked, chips were raw, pizza was just dough and the parmo I wouldn?t have fed to a wild animal.. please once again AVOID

Disgusting food. Keep your money. I ordered a parmo wrap. The chips were still hard in the middle and very undercooked. The parmo wrap was soaked in grease and had ?black bits? all over it. Guessing they rarely clean appliances! Wrap didn?t include any salad at all. Only positive - the food was hot.

Disappointed. The chips were stone cold, as was the kebab. It was so dry. No salad and the naan was a horrible flat shop bought wrap that was placed underneath just swimming in grease. Had to take it off my daughter as I was worried it wasn't safe to eat. Poor girl on the phone can't do anything obviously it's not her fault but I did phone to let them know about it. I wish I had read the reviews. This was a treat for us. Where is the standards at.
