Just had our gorgeous Karndean flooring fitted in the living room ready for Christmas ?We took a few samples home to choose the right flooring and layout for us assisted by lots of great advice from the team at Brabiners. It looks amazing!!!Their fitter, Gary, did an exceptional job with laying it to the design we liked.We also got great advice when choosing the rug too, which looks and feels lovely. We couldn?t be any happier with the finished product and we would recommend them to everyone.Thank you to all the team at Brabiners.

Fantastic service from start to finish. Genuine and personable staff in store who really do take and interest in your needs and provide great help and tips when selecting products. The fitter who came was such a nice guy as well, took great pride in his work, with attention to detail and finish. Cannot reccomed enough. And will never shop anywhere else again.

The only place in the North East we will use for carpets & rugs for our client projects at Wynd Design. The service and quality is exceptional. Everyone from the owner to the store employees to the fitters is extremely friendly, professional and helpful. They have a great selection of carpets and flooring - and a high level of expertise to advise on the best flooring and prep for install. Highly recommend.

This is the place to buy carpets in Hartlepool. My wife and I recently fully recarpeted our home and though other providers were certainly competitive we are so impressed by the service at Brabina Carpets we are very glad to have chosen them.From the outset Ted was a superb salesman who quickly found us what we were after. He is a good listener and knows his products and his craft very well.Mike, the boss, is a delightful gentleman to deal with. His vast experience shows. He promptly measured our home and remained actively involved throughout the process.The installation was handled by a team of three. The skill and competence of Chris and Ken was very impressive and Alfie, the trainee, demonstrated such a great attitude and performance that he seems already to be an important part of the team. All three were professional and friendly and a pleasure to interact with.The result is truly impressive and our house has been transformed. I express my very great thanks and can recommend Brabiner Carpets to anyone without hesitation.
