Used to be amazing, the last 6 months it's been taking almost 2 weeks to have my prescriptions ready, by the time I'm almost out. I can't order any earlier as the doctors won't let you, and they get sent to the pharmacy the next day so I don't know why it takes so long

Often think I should change chemist for my prescription for my heart medication. I always order my prescription through my NHS app on the day stated on my prescription and when I check my app to make sure my prescription has been issued the chemist always leaves it to the last day of my medication for me to get anxious and panick if my medication will be there ready for me when they are supposed to send me a message I have to phone the chemist to find out for myself they either don't pick up the phone or phone is engaged if I eventually get through on the phone they say I can't hear you can you speak up to the point of I have to shout and blame my phone line even though I know it's not as I phoned from a couple of phones they get you so annoyed to boiling point as they keep explaining about your phone to the point that you are blunt with them and say look can you just tell me if my prescription is ready that you have had for like over a week even though you told me the day before when I phoned you have just received the prescription if I knew a better chemist to go to I would definitely go

The staff use polite words. You wait about ten minutes to get to the counter. Then they expect you to wait two days after the Dr sends a prescription. They can often get agitated if you say that you need it the day

At approx 0953 on 21/10/2022 I witnessed the male pharmacist raising his voice and talking down to a very polite gentleman who turned up for his prescription of blood pressure medication. The pharmacist proceeded to tell the gentleman that the prescription was only submitted by the GP surgery yesterday and that they were busy and 'what does he expect?'I then interjected and told the pharmacist in no uncertain terms that he should be speaking to the customer with more respect and apologise for his attitude towards the elderly customer. I then explained to the pharmacist that I would take my custom elsewhere from now on and I left the store. Such a disgusting, disrespectful display of poor customer service and respect to others. Very disappointed that Boots feel its acceptable to have people like this in a customer facing role. Neither I nor my family and friends will use this pharmacy again.

Always have staff available to help, they text when my meds are ready and I'm in and out... no long waiting times. All of the staff are happy to help

Absolutely useless, is anyone in here trained to answer a phone.Unbelievable considering it deals with prescription requests and dispensing you would at least think they would answer the phone to queries.
