“Nothing to fault in store. Click and collect and ordering online however, is useless. Went to get an order (didn't get an email that it was in store, but it had been a week since I ordered it), staff said if I didn't get an email then it won't be in, but one was nice enough to check and it was there. I had an order also shipped home and it was badly damaged, took nearly a month to get a full refund (including postage, which they weren't going to give me).”
