Sent my husband back with 1 item which was to big for my grandson. As my husband had a language barrier, he was spoken to very rudely by the manager Steven, accused him saying you could have walked in and picked the item up and asking for a refund without the receipt, how disappointing and embarrassing. He rang me and passed it to a lovely young lady, which we explained again, we don't have a receipt, which we already explained saying was asked if we want a receipt as we thought we wouldn't need one, which later we needed as item was to big and got told we could have walked in and pinched it by the manager himself. When I was on the phone he wouldn't speak to me to solve the issue, also to apologise for being rude to my husband, manager of the store should be there to resolve customer complaints and help, not be rude and not do his job properly.
All we wanted was a smaller size an exchange not a refund but get accused of stealing disgusting service from store manager.

Called in yesterday, and it wasn't busy.
The store was tidy, but other than that cannot think of anything positive to say.
When I was queuing (for quite some time) an additional till was opened and the lady behind me dashed to it as seen by the till operator; she did nothing about it (and should have).
Then, when she served me, she didn't even look at me nor care for the fact I was a paying customer. The receipt was slammed into my hand, and no words were exchanged. Will never go back because having rude staff makes the store a very poor store, in my opinion.

Canny selection but due to exisiting shop lay out have to go to home section at begining of the shop. Staff friendly and helpful.

Still use this place to get the odd bargain, as like most retailers, they've hiked their prices some quite sneak hikes too, so keep an eye on the price tag. CORPORATE GREED at it worst
