It's impossible to call the store, we Googled Argos Hartlepool, called the number 8 attempts to get through, the automated answer phone , sometimes select the numbers for you then take you down a different route , only to find away to direct you to the website and the hang up on you, then if you do get thought it's not Argos Hartlepool it's a call centre in the Philippines , they cannot understand English let alone discussing a topic with a customer regarding problem they have not customer training and cannot understand English
Total cost of my BBQ exercise was a £220 and 5 hours taking it back apart to re box and driving back down to the store with it

do not visit the hartlepool store the manager in there is a nasty piece of work went to return a phone to be turned down and called a liar so i had to go to another store where i had a chance to explain properly and get the matter resolved would give minus stars is i could no customer service skills at all should be sacked treating people like that!

Went in to collect a ps5 doesn?t state anywhere in email or before purchase I needed id with a dob on it, even tried having my parents collect with their id still no. Absolutely ridiculous and now I have to wait 30 days to receive 600 pound back

Customer service is shocking got an item and it?s faulty she said none available throughout the uk, I checked and showed available but 140 miles away if I want to go and Collect it from store I don?t think so!! If there was a minus on the rating they would be getting it.

Bought an item in-store. 2 mins later it said ready to collect. It was not ready, 5 mins later it still wasn't. Asked a member of staff who wandered around the back for 10 mins and came back saying he couldn't find it, meanwhile other staff marked the item as collected. Just asked for a refund in the end. Flawed system and flawed staff.

Love Argos, really great store!!! but you guys really need to get someone to sort out your website, way to glitchy from a company your size, should run smoothly, shouldnt be 6+ clicks on one button to get to the next page
