Terrible customer service from this company, promised call backs got none rang and asked what?s happening with our order got told the rep is on holiday even though he told he?s call us, the staff on the phone had no clue because the rep hasn?t logged anything then we?re told we?d get a callback Monday and nothing again. Almost 2 weeks to get nowhere. Called NISBETS and got the order next day. Go to NISBETS if you want professionalism.
