The women that work in this branch are the most useless I have ever come across. I live about 5 minutes and this is on the way to whatever job I have on so I stop every morning. Most mornings they decide they want to open up at different times and you can order on the app to the store and when you get there they are in but won?t serve you what you?ve ordered. 75% off the time when I ask for my drink they give me an extra shot off espresso not vanilla which at first was ok as I use the drive through in my truck which is loud so I figured it was a mistake but after having actual conversations with the people there who was serving me and them understanding well at least telling me they understand and then still to this day giving me the wrong coffee. Does my head in I can get much better coffees from motorway services then my local coffee shop

Customer service spot on.
Decaf medium Cappuccino wasn't.
Coffee looked good, but
hardly no coffee taste but hot water.
Went through the drive-through in Thinford, Ferryhill.

To my surprise this Starbucks, not all, don't do any discount for military people who have served the country. However upon finding out the owners were from the far east, that would explain why. Most Starbucks do, because it's an American brand, and in full support, of those who secure the freedoms, that most people take for granted on a daily basis. Plus the staff here are rude and two faced! Again down to the owners, that have no idea.

Ordered a drink (via the app) with oat milk, was given a drink with cows milk. Didn?t realise until I?d drank some of it, thinking it tasted weird. Ended up vomiting into a bush outside of Croxdale. Thanks guys, whoever made it, I hope you step on a Lego. Probs don?t go here if you have allergies or intolerances, they really don?t give one.

Went in for a coffee today and the staff member serving was a little curt and unfriendly and misheard something so repeated the question with a irritable tone. We then sat in what is a very austere room with uncomfortable chairs and the sun blinding our eyes as there are no blinds on the windows. Then at the end I picked up our empty mugs and plates and left them on the counter to be helpful to the staff. I expected a thank you from staff but I got nothing. Very rude. Especially as I heard them being very friendly to another customer who they clearly knew. Its like a village pub atmosphere they don't like outsiders.

A chain coffee shop you know what you are going to get. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The cafe was clean, tidy well maintained the drinks were made how we both liked

Lovely experience, very nice staff.
I wanted a mocha coffee but have been told in the past that it's not suitable for vegans. I asked again because I couldn't really see why it shouldn't be. The staff here very patiently checked this & I was happy to hear that it would be okay with soya milk, as long as I didn't have the cream topping - no problem. I enjoyed the drink very much & know what I'll be drinking on my next visit.
What made me especially grateful for this kindness was that, at other Starbucks, I've simply been told 'not suitable for vegans'. But from what I understand all Starbucks sell exactly the same products so, in future, I'll be ensuring the staff double check before saying no.
The place itself was quiet, very clean & tidy, a pleasant place for a trip out to meet some friends or for a break in your journey. If you're ever in their neck of the woods I would certainly recommend that you call in & experience it for yourselves.
