Absolutely disgusting, opened my Parmo to find a long, black thick hair coated in Grease and cheese, I called the restraint and they said ?we don?t have girls that work here? which doesn?t excuse the hair in my food, they said they would send out another order and never not that I?d want it, no refund offered and very very rude customer service. DO NOT ORDER from here ?

Food was awful! Was 20 mins later than said but wasn?t overly bothered if we had of received nice food. Ordered pizza pin wheel which was just dry and tasteless. Parmo was absolutely rubbish, barely any bech, tiny portion and tasteless also. Terrible and won?t return. Also left the garlic sauce out I paid for and send incorrect drinks

Top blokes In the shop they always use there manners and smile the customers always right here best parmos in ferryhill the foods always pipping hot! Always an xl portion of food! Would recommend to the highest degrees

Regular customer ,Parmo is always white on each order cooked thoroughly the chicken,kebab meat is lovely and delicious ,Bolognese pizza with kebab and chips was decent,garlic sauce and salad always fresh love the food from hear always decent .delivery is on time .

Order came once it was totally wrong order came the second time the donner meat was like a leather boot, must have been sat a long time and about an hour later was spewing up. Never go here guys, stick with pizza time, best one around!!

Ordered kebab and chips, the whole family came down with food poisoning. Weekend was ruined. I contacted the council due to this so hopefully an inspection will be arranged soon. They have no food rating either.if you are going to run a shop of any kind you need to take some pride in what you are selling otherwise whats the point.
