I Ordered a toilet and sink cloakroom set. The wrong toilet was sent which did not match the cistern. Customer services very unhelpful, they refused to send me the correct toilet so i was refunded the toilet but not the rest of the suite for return so i now have a mismatch cloakroom. COMPUTER SAYS NO kinda attitude?.appalling!

I reported an issue with a product at 8pm on Monday. They replied 9am on Tuesday and told me a replacement would be with me by Friday. Communication throughout was clear, quick and responsive. I was highly impressed with the quality of their customer service. Whilst it's disapointing there was an issue with the product their response has been exceptional.

Despite the impression given by the photos and the word "shop", this is not a bathroom showroom. It is a warehouse and collection point and not worth a half hour drive to get there.

Kate, in Customer Service at Bella Bathrooms (BB), has today provided exceptional and outstanding customer service.I had to contact BB as my Plumber pointed out a manufacturing fault with the shower tray I had bought. Kate was straight on the case and by close of business had a replacement tray arranged for delivery so my Plumber can continue with the job I have booked him for.Absolutely faultless service and wouldn't hesitate in recommending. Will definitely use Bella Bathrooms again. Thank you Kate.
