Took time off work and travelled from Consett for a flu jab I booked 2 weeks earlier, to be told i could not have it unless I had health issues. Did not want to discuss health issues with 6 other people listening!! will not be back.

Friendly and pleasant staff. Sometimes a bit of a wait to get the prescription filled, I was expecting it to be ready last Tuesday, went on Wednesday and lo and behold was asked to come back on Friday! Unfortunately the doctor's surgery had not re-ordered my statins and I couldn't obtain a new supply until Monday (unless I wanted to pay the prescription charge for them at Boots!). Needless to say I went without for a couple of days...

Staff were not helpful in answering questions about prescriptions or medicines.
Didn't know information about services provided, very disappointed when dealing with something as important as healthcare

very good service but is over crowded most of the time has a lot of people go in from the doctors for prescriptions, may have to stand for some time
