I visited the branch yesterday and I can?t express how well I was looked after.The optical assistants were incredibly professional but in a friendly way explaining the costs to me, giving me options.The pre tests were thorough and the eye test was very good too.I will use this branch in future. I have recommended it to friends and family too

Visited here whilst I was away with work as my glasses had snapped. I have very poor vision and was quite upset because I relied on my glasses and I didn?t have my spare with me. I walked in asking for some help and I was just told straight away that they couldn?t do anything - didn?t even bother looking at my glasses. Very poor.

Don?t bother if you?re disabled. They don?t want to see you. We booked an appointment for my Mam who needs to use a wheelchair and has to have her eye test in her wheelchair, we?d arranged everything so we could get her there for her appointment on time, Booked online a week in advance and never thought anything of it. On the day my Mam called to just ensure that they would be able to do the test with her in her wheelchair because they didn?t have any option online to state any special requirements, the store claimed they never got information about the booking and refused to see her. I asked to speak to a manager and got told by a very rude lady that I could only speak with her and she refused to help. I called Vision Express? main customer service team who agreed with me that the store was at fault so they called the store and tried to sort it but they wouldn?t even work with their own company! Shocking and discriminatory. My mam has waited so long for an eye test, worked so hard to be able to go out and have one and get new glasses but Vision Express couldn?t have cared less. This store is an absolute disgrace.

Mixed feelings, when you get attended they're generally nice. HOWEVER, when I was late they told me to book another appointment even though I waited here for an hour before; when I was early I had to wait until they're late for the appointment. The organisation here seems to be a joke.

Have been going to Vision Express for a few years now for annual eyesight tests and have always found all the staff to be pleasant, polite, helpful and good at their jobs. I would thoroughly recommend them if you're after a decent eye check up.

I arrived for my appointment only to be told that I should have received a phone call the day before to rearrange. I hadnt but instead had received an e mail confirming my appointment. I was very disappointed that I had made an unnecessary trip during the pandemic
