Brilliant service! Since covid I think customer service is poor everywhere - NOT HERE! Jake and the young blonde girl with glasses could not have been more helpful. Urgently needed tiles to finish a job (tiler couldn?t come back) - they went out of their way to personally get them from another store. Thanks you - you?re stars!!!

Easy to find, good parking on site. Helpful and knowledgeable staff. Found what I was looking for. Ordered and collected in store two days later. They even carried the tiles to the car.

I've used tops tiles in Durham on several occasions and have always found the staff very helpful and not to overbearing as in some shops. Holly served me last time and was very helpful indeed.. Highly recommend.

Extremely disappointed. Tiles absorbed dirt despite being told they were not porous. I cannot get stains out of the regal vanilla Matt tiles, they always look dirty. Topps tiles advice is to keep buying the expensive cleaning products that they sell!
