Bericia didn’t tell us about our noisy neighbours dogs barking all day long. They made out they had no idea.it a loads of Rubbish.they got loads of mould in the house and they it all your duty to wipe it off it your problem. I have been in a Bernicia property for four years. Other than not being able to have a walk in shower, like many of my neighbours. I can not fault the staff and especially the maintenance men.Everyone is so very helpful and I am very impressed.

After being on their waiting list for 6 years I was finally offered housing in in an area that was known a one of the top 10 Worst places to live in England . This was"Sherburn Road Estate" Which has one of the highest crime rates and has a major problem with rats taking over the streets This was offered to me 5 times even... read full comment
