Friendliness depends on who answers the phone or services you at the desk. Most of the pharmacists are lovely. There was a very irritated impatient man who served me over the phone then in store (Don't know if he was a pharmacist or advisor). He really did not want to help and rushed me off the phone. Didnt even look at me when he served me in store after rushing me to hurry up. The last pharmacist I spoke to had so much time for me and was very kind and respectful.

I have been a regular customer for many yesrs and all the staff have been exceptionally helpful and provided s consistently high level of service during this extended period of time. The main pair of employees I encounter these days happen to be the most outstanding in their own specialism. Sharon has been highly efficient with a particular brand of humour which always makes you laugh. The regular pharmacist is Aeeshah , She is a very patient and understanding person. There are many times when she gone out of her way to ensure my medication has been ready on time... I think she is conscious that I get more anxious than most given my chequered mental health record and responds accordingly with that reassuring smile providing the comfort that you're dealing with someone who is a professional in every aspect of the word. Its been a pleasure and will continue to be so I'm sure in thevyears to come. With many thanks ELLIS COXON ( preferred name with first name of John ! )

visited store on sunday september 18th..after all the increases on ther food prices over last few month they are still putting prices up from last time i was ther on the 12th september..surely with the price od petrol n deisel dropping 20 pence a litre ther prices should be falling n not increasing as delivery costs are reduced..after tescos last quarterly profit was nearly 5 billion i think they are now taking the shopper for a ride..disgracefull tesco..should be ashamed of your selfes.

As much use as a chocolate fireguard wouldn't waste your time ringing tried for 2 days numerous times can't be bothered to answer even customer services gave me a direct number still couldn't be bothered to answer
