“First ever visit. Went when it was pretty quite, 10:50 on a Thursday morning. The shelves were full, the staff were distant yet there if you needed anything. The shop was clean and well presented. Shoe section is what takes up most of the store. Shoes for all ages and most tastes of style. They also have a large reduced section. Great store, would visit again if I needed any Nike ?”

“Second time I've bought running shoes from Start Fitness in Durham, and both times the staff have been so helpful! Today I went in and described the trainers I currently have - the lady who served me suggested many similar ones, and offered to fetch them all for me to try on! Found her very helpful and not pushy at all, and respectful of what I was looking for, my budget, etc. All in all was very happy with the service, as sometimes making this sort of purchase can be intimidating but I felt well looked after.”
