I had reason to go to Belmont Sorting Office last week as I had received no post for 2 weeks. I wasn’t actually expecting to be helped going off the reviews I had read. However I would like to say a big thankyou to a lovely girl called Simone who was pleasant, very helpful and apologetic.

People attempt to collect parcels here, instead made to feel a problem.
Worst customer service I've had in a very long time, still can't believe the attitude of front desk staff.

I had an order delivered to parents address, they waited all day for the delivery for the driver to pull up in the van then disappear without getting out. (All caught on CCTV)
