This is a terrible chemist which is impossible to use as someone who works. They close for 90 minutes over lunchtime. Very little care is shown for customers. The staff are rude and stand around talking. Nothing is ever in stock. I?ve started using Tesco chemist in Durham which is much better and I can easily collect prescriptions after work rather than needing to wait until a Saturday.

Writing this for my elderly friend Mrs Brenda Brown, who accidentally threw away her medication. One call to this pharmacy and they quickly and kindly sorted out a new script and delivered to her home within 2 hours. So reassuring to know that they look after vulnerable customers in such a kind way

I would recommend this Chemist to anyone. Friendly,helpful staff and great serviceMy husband and myself have been using our local chemist ?Whitfields of Coxhoe for over 20years . I think you need to support your local Pharmacy

Great friendly staff very helpful but could do with better communication between pharmacy and Dr's also I've noticed as have many other people the medicine products are very cheap unlike other pharmacies fact
