Michael conducted the various eye tests I had asked for and explained what he was doing as he went along, which I found very reassuring and helpful. I found him to be knowledgeable, trustworthy and easy to talk to.I then dealt with Ben, who helped me choose frames and explained the various options with lenses, as well a the possibility of an eyecare payment plan.Nothing was too much trouble and they went out of their way to accommodate a special request of mine for glass lenses rather than plastic ones. “My experience from beginning to end was very good. The eye exam was very thorough & informative. They had a vast choice of glasses to select from which varied in price. I originally thought I only needed reading glasses but made the to move to try varifocals. I can now see everything in ultra 4k & very surprised at the difference considering I didn’t think I needed them. The vision & comfort is great, so glad I was given good informative choices.
