“I've used this BHF furniture store for years, it's one of my favourite shops, always some really nice furniture at a much lower price than you would pay new. Staff have always been polite to me, the only thing is I think the new stock is a bit pricey -but it's for charity (and there is an occasional sale). Expect to always find sofas, armchairs, beds, bedroom furniture, kitchen appliances, a pile of rugs, many picture frames/mirrors and a load of other things as and when they come in.”

“Range is excellent, I found exactly what I was looking for. Price is good too. The only issue is the store is extremely crowded on a weekend and the car park is absolute murderous chaos. Definitely not an autism friendly experience, which is a shame, as I would have otherwise been very pleased with the stock and staff.”

“Went to buy a wireless adaptor for my pc which i found, however i then spoke to a man who infortunately i didnt get his name (short hair, mid 20's/early 30's?) but he was working around the gaming section. I'd asked him for some additional advice not directly related to the product, when i explained the situation, which was why i needed the product, he directed me to an alternative product which would be more suited to my needs. After this, we engaged in brief small talk where he explained how he recently went on training regarding the products he was working with and how passionate he was about it and how important it was to him that every customer he speaks to gets the best possible service and advice. This man saved me alot of time and effort and i walked away feeling valued and like i wasnt just rushed along and was helped by someone passionate about their job. Something you don't find often at all these days.”
