Lovely place to visit very polite courteous service

Extremaly rude. Charged me £1 for cashback service and refused to give me £5 note stating that he has it for the customers. When I said that I'm his customer because he charged me for service, he said that I'm mental... There is nothing to add. I'm not surprised with his low rating.
