The staff member who was serving me was coughing really bad on Monday 26th July at BnM gilesgate in Durham and she didn't have a mask on and was not sanitizing her hands after covering her mouth with her hand when she was coughing , then touching all the things I was buying , very disappointed as I had to wipe everything down when I got home Wich took ages as ide bought lots of things , not very hygienic considering everything that's going on with covid

Very helpful staff. Found us a flat bed trolley for the furniture we were buying. Great value items. Pretty much everything you could want under one roof.

There's definitely a place for B\\u0026M and you can find all sorts for pretty cheap. Got some nice plants but despite there being large queues one staff member just up and left the til.

A good place to buy your needs as it is in the correct market tradition of pile it high and sell it cheap. The Durham branch at gilesgate is particularly well stocked and the staff very helpful.

A large store of this national chain including a large home section and a good outside garden centre. On this visit we found the staff to be very helpful especially one young male member of staff who went out of his way to help us. The store is roomy, clean and with plenty of space between aisles. There is good car parking space and easily accessible for the less mobile.
